A network of excellence
To establish the European Knowledge Hub and Global Network of Excellence on Artificial Intelligence for the Public Sector, Data Spaces Management and Digital Governance Transformation.
Strategic Objectives
Three objectives drive the project at European scale.
Design and delivery of a unique high-value-added modular and multi-lingual training programme on AI, Data Spaces and Digital Governance Transformation across the EU.
Develop the AI4Gov-X "platform of platforms" for educational and experimentation purposes to serve the EU GovTech ecosystem.
Establish a specialised capacity-building network to support policy design and action in AI, Data Spaces and Digital Governance Transformation in the EU, with global outreach.
Training Objectives
What MAGIX participants will be able to do.
Digital governance & transformation
Develop a critical and operational understanding of digital governance and transformation, including organisational change, service-oriented thinking, and the societal implications of AI.
AI & data in context
Build the ability to understand, evaluate, and apply AI and data in public-sector contexts, covering AI paradigms, evaluation methods, and data governance within socio-technical systems.
Human-centric design
Apply human-centric design approaches to digital public services, promoting participation, co-creation, inclusivity, accessibility, and ethical design.
Leading transformation
Enable participants to contribute to and guide digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives in public administrations, across policy, service, and data-driven innovation contexts.
