What is MAGIX?

A new professional profile

MAGIX is built around a new professional identity: the Functional AI and Digital Governance Specialist.

  • Qualified to navigate the ethical, legal and operational dimensions of AI in government.
  • Able to translate innovation into trustworthy, human-centric public services.

  • Equipped to design, procure and oversee AI systems in the public interest.

Built on evidence

The curriculum is grounded in a co-created competence framework: benchmarking of 70+ programmes, computational ESCO mapping, co-creation workshops in Krems and Brussels, and expert validation with public-sector professionals across the EU.

Graduates receive the 1st-Level Specialising Master diploma in Artificial Intelligence, Governance Innovation and Digital Transformation.

Programme Structure

A 60-ECTS modular programme, fully online, over 13 months.

Block 1 ยท 30 ECTS

Core Modules

Three core modules (10 ECTS each), mandatory for all participants โ€” across the three knowledge domains.

Block 2 ยท 15 ECTS

Specialisation

One specialisation track of choice from six available, deepening a vertical area of expertise.

Block 3 ยท 15 ECTS

Transversal & Thesis

10 ECTS of workshops, seminars, summer schools or internships, plus a 5-ECTS final thesis.
